Job Description

Responsible overall Bancassurance Operations in the absence of HOB;
Oversee the smooth operation of the Bancassurance Branches
Ensure allocation of (IS) Insurance Specialists by the insurer is as per agreed by the Steering Committee.
Ensure all Marketing, Branding collaterals/ materials are placed as per agreed by Steering Committee
Communicate Key Performance Indicators to the employees of the Bank dedicated for insurance sales
Develop procedures designed to ensure that the employees of the Bank are trained and licensed (if required) to be able to refer, promote or sell insurance products/ service offerings to the Bank customers;
Identify potential branches to expand Bancassurance sales operation
Review and conduct marketing, promotion activities in collaboration with insurance partners and branch managers in the relevant territory
Review the Sales report/Branch performance
Ensure the data protection of the bank
Create/Develop new product by bundling the Bank product and Insurance product
Assist HOB for the Department finance and accounting

Job Requirements

University Degree in a business-related field. An advanced degree will be an added advantage.
At least 5 years’ experience in Banking Industry, 2 years of which must have been in a leadership position.
Experience in sales management, promotion, training & development, or other successful senior management experiences.
Demonstrated experience in strategic implementation of distribution strategies would be an advantage.
Credit Analyst Skill, Good Presentation and motivational Skill
