o Work closely with Sales Team for rental reservation confirmation and related documents.
o Issuing Invoices for Short Term Customers .
o Prepare & Maintain daily Sales Report and submit in system./ Looking for outsource car rental suppliers .
o Internal document processing o Manage office and vehicle supplies by taking care of physical goods and control sheet.
o Manage Booking Web Site o Flexible for working time when required for vehicle delivery/collection outside of working hours.
o Taking rental resvervation and miximizing customers satisfaction.

Job Requirements
o Has experience in serving foreign customers for at least 2 years or in the Hospitality industry for at least 2 years.
o Any graduated or Diploma in Hospitalisty Management
o Understand office documents controlling process /Office Administration
o Understand car rental business as well as vehicle brands/models/type
o Understand hospitality business (customer service)
o Well communicate in both English and Myanmar at a minimumo Knows, how to operate the POS Machine
o Well groom and good appearance
