The role holder will be responsible for reconciliation and clearance of IBS/IBT and Suspense accounts for all the branches.

Checking daily invoices submitted by branches
Monthly Suspense account/Sundry Deposits are required to be monitored and communicate to the branches the reason and evidence of the transaction passed into the Suspense/ Sundry Deposits Account.
Pass journal entry to clear the transactions within a few months after posting in it.
Report the monthly reconciliation of the GLs listing to the Branch Accounting Manager
To support external auditor as and when it is required
To support other Ad-hoc job requested by Head of Financial Accounting
