• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team and guide/train/equip them with effective selling skills and excellent customer services.
• Manage recruit, set objectives, coach and monitor the performance of sales team members.
• Direct all work performance in MDY Showroom and supervise all area of operations and support services coordinate with related department head in Head Office
• Review and analyze sales and operational records and reports and identify potential new markets.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Ensure the product display is visually attractive, showroom condition is comfortable & clean and product info is clear.
• Provide solution and recommendation to the need of the customers to close sales with good persuasive skill and product knowledge.
• Resolve customer complaints, staffing problems, and other issues that may interfere with efficient sales operations.
• Oversee expenses of the MDY Showroom and budgeting to help the organization optimize costs and benefits.
• Preforms other duties as assigned by General Sales Manager.

Experience & Educational Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, or related field required.
• A minimum of three years’ experience in sales and managerial position with increasing responsibility.
