Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Lead revenue generation by analysing branch demographic area and develop and implement sales, service and action plans to achieve sustainable growth and profit.
  • Manage branch performance against agreed business plans and targets.
  • Monitor and actively manage variances from agreed performance targets, through identifying and understanding the causes and taking corrective action to minimise risk and maximise performance.
  • Generate new sound profitable business by creating referral networks, including internal business relationships, existing customers, spotters and local market activities.
  • Target higher value relationships through the delivery of appropriate Customer Calling Programs.
  • Lead and coach staff to maximise and sustain performance and achieve agreed targets applying the Sales Cycle approach.
  • Completing weekly Sales Report and providing to Regional Manager.
  • Create an environment that promotes Active Selling and an easy and friendly experience for customers.
  • Ensure the branch operates in accordance with all bank policies and procedures.
  • Ensure satisfactory or better branch audit results are achieved and processes are completed in a correct and timely manner.
  • Facilitate, champion and implement change in systems, processes and environment in branch to achieve continuous improvement in line with the MCB Transformation Change Program.
  • Is accountable for building and providing an environment for branch staff to achieve objectives in a compliant manner
  • Is accountable for all branches and personnel under his control to adhere to compliance, audit and regulatory matters . Including adhering to all internal and external policies and procedures.
  • Credit Policy – Ensure that the Branch advance portfolio are managed within an acceptable risk exposures and that prescribed systems , procedures, compliance and controls are adhered to in all aspects of the Branch activity.

Job Requirements

- Able to have above 3 years banking experience

-Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

-Encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead

- Eager to expand branch with new accounts, clients, and businesses

-Experienced at compiling and following strict budgets

- Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge

-Able to analyze financial records and transfer data

- Assists team members when needed to accomplish branch goals

- Strong aptitude for numbers, spreadsheets, and financial reports

 -Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions

- In-depth understanding of branch bank and its position in the industry-Focused on customer service

-Accurate and precise attention to detail

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business with an emphasis in finance, or a related field; Master’s degree in a finance-related field preferred

- Significant previous experience in the banking industry
