Location: Pyay Branch (Bago)• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedure in branch office.• Manage daily operation especially Administration and control management.• Manage office general budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting.• Increase overall productivity of the branch by strategically management• Well understanding about Pyay, Bago Division and strong in business networking• Ensure compliance of company policies, best practices and operations SOP

• Any graduate or BAgrSC is prefer• Well in office management (Purchasing, Sales, Administrative, Rice Milling experience)• Must have knowledge and experience in Rice and agricultural products• 5 to 7 years of experience in• Possess good management and strong leadership qualities• Able to work independently with minimum supervision• Possess a dynamic personality and able to lead and motivate the team• Eager to learn and able to acquire new knowledge and skills quickly• Good analytical, organizational and problem solving skills• Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced working environment
