Job Brief

Candidates with strong communication skills who can make the customers feel welcome to our Mazda Customer Lounge will stand out. You must be able to mobilize the passers-by. You will help identify the customer needs, present and answer questions about our brand and products and recommend solutions. You will be responsible to collect the customer data by your a clever way. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role.

To succeed in this role, you should be a self-starter, passionate about dedicating to be part of a dynamic team, be able to adapt to shifting priorities, pick up and apply new skills and knowledge in an energizing environment in a positive manner.

 

Responsibilities

  • Greet Customers and represent the products & services
  • Define brand and product strength through strong knowledge of competitor models and network, and customer needs & requirements.
  • Provide information about Products specifications, Services, Warranties, Financing Packages
  • Recommend, select and help to provide the right information to customers
  • Make suggestions and encourage purchase of products
  • Able to collect the customer data
  • Maintain sales records and organize the process merchandise
  • Processing invoices for all sales transactions
  • To update, control and manage IT stock-inventory software information
  • Recognize and monitor security issues
  • Arrange and display merchandise
  • Keep merchandise area tidy
  • Able to work assigned shift.
  • Perform other job related duties as required

Job Requirements

Skills, Knowledge, Experience and Competencies

  • Any Graduate
  • Age between 20 to 27 years old
  • More prefer if you have Sales & Marketing experiences
  • Computer literate (MS Office and Email) basic
  • Good Communication and pleasant personality
  • Strong time arrangement and team work
  • Able to work multi task and under pressure
  • Good command of English is a more preferable.
  • Customer Service Orientation, Adaptability, Initiative, Persuasiveness
  • Mathematical Skill
  • Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
