The Brand manager will report to MD and GM.

Job Descriptions:

The Brand Manager/Brand Executive is responsible for assigned brand planning and marketing. This includes managing the product throughout the product lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with team, to deliver winning products. It also includes working with sales, marketing and support functions to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The job needs to ensure that the product and marketing efforts support the company’s overall strategy and goals

Job Responsibilities

  • Analyze and present brand performance both activity and sales area wise to NSM and all line managers every month after sales close.
  • Maintain and track the A&P budget as per the given plan both FD & KP.
  • Monthly report of competitors activity for the assigned brand.
  • Coordinate with sales team and all support functions for effective execution.
  • Analyze and evaluate all the digital and BTL activity and report to FD & KP.
  • Participate and coordinate the activity plan with KP.
  • Proper knowledge of Budget split between KP & FD to ensure accurate claims are raised.
  • Training and development program for sales force at least quarterly.
  • Train sales force for new product launch.   
  • Regular visits to key accounts and modern trade to understand customer need and maintain good relationship.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelors of Science/Bachelors of Arts in Marketing or a related field
  • Minimum five (5) year’s experience as brand manager/assistant brand manager

Excellent command of the English language

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team building and teamwork skills
  • Comfortable working with numbers, metrics and spreadsheets
  • Highly creative with ability to think out of the box
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects
  • Ability to prioritize tasks
