Job Description

  • Identify research needs, execute research studies and projects, and analyze research in order to identify opportunities.
  • Stay current on market trends and competitive activity.
  • Establish and maintain brand budgets.
  • Own the development and messaging of the brand narrative.
  • Create, execute, and manage marketing programs and campaign.
  • Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.
  • Drive the process of strategic positioning, competitive analysis, and marketing products across console & digital platforms. Develop and execute integrated marketing plans.
  • Manage and direct internal sources and external agencies/vendors to successfully navigate all phases of product marketing including, but not limited to all planning & project timelines related to creative development (including packaging/POP/POS), advertising, public relations, social media, product launches, special events, and trade and consumer promotions.
  • Work effectively with internal cross-functional teams including Cooperate Communications, Community, Public Relations, Channel Marketing, Digital, Operations, Product Development & Sales to insure seamless integration and execution of our global marketing campaigns.
  • Support Sales team with marketing sales presentations and key product assets.
