Reports To
The Brand Manager will report to Managing Director General Manager and the principal's point of contact
Job Overview
The brand manager will be responsible for maintaining market share, aligning the brand with the company’s vision and mission, and keeping up to date with the latest consumer trends, competitor analysis, and market surveys. The brand manager will be tasked with coming up with creative new marketing strategies that will propel the brand forward and achieve new growth. 

Responsibilities and Duties
•    Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities 
•    Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights 
•    Manage a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives 
•    Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs 
•    Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions 
•    Manage budgets 
•    Devise new and innovative growth strategies
•    Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications, and sales estimates
•    Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning, and go-to-market strategies
•    Keeps up-to-date with the latest consumer trends, competitor analysis, and market surveys to identify opportunities and challenges

Job Requirements

Qualifications
•    Minimum Bachelors of Science/Bachelors of Arts in Marketing or a related field
•    Minimum five (5) year’s experience as a brand manager/assistant brand manager
•    Excellent command of the English language 
•    Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
•    Advanced communication and interpersonal skills 
•    Team building and teamwork skills
•    Comfortable working with numbers, metrics, and spreadsheets
•    Highly creative with an ability to think out of the box
•    Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects 
•    Ability to prioritize tasks
