• Contribute information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies• Help to detail, design, and implement marketing plans for each product or service being offered• Set marketing schedules and coordinates with the team to implement strategies across multiple channels• Answer questions from customers about product and service benefits• Develop sales strategies and approaches for various products and services, such as special promotions, sponsored events, etc.• Track sales data and works to meet quotas or sales team goals• Prepare Sales & Marketing training to the team• Motivate the team to generate high sales volume together• Analyze trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance• Create and present regular performance reports for GM and Executive Director
• Any graduate, A Bachelor or Master Degree in Marketing or Business Management is more preferable.• A minimum 3 years of good experience as a Sales and Marketing Manager (Animal health & nutrition preferred).• Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project Management• Fluent in English.• IT knowledge and very good understanding of digital marketing.• Excellence communication and negotiation skills-• Ability to travel 50% of the time • FMCG Field Experience is also preferred
