- Responsible for developing and executing the brand plans (including price policy recommendation, development of communication, alignment with sales on brand distribution and

merchandising objectives, new product development, and rolling activity plans) to deliver the market share, sales volume, revenue and profit growth objectives of the assigned brand. - - Consistently reviews, analyses and evaluates market requirements and recommends improvement of the marketing mix.

"Brand Planning"

- Drive I&R initiatives based on solid consumer insight

- Drive the development of communication strategies in-line with global architecture

- Based on consumer insight, defines key challenges and strategies to achieve set objectives

- Drives the cross-functional core team to get solid analysis and inputs in the business planning process

"Activity Planning"

- Initiates and proposes campaigns and activities for management’s buy-in and approval

- Executes, monitors and evaluates campaigns and activities assistance from cross functional team both internal and external i.e. Marketing & Communication Supports, CCSD,

Application Group, Supply Chain, F&C, communication partners.

"Execution"

- Responsible for PFME control (commitment, accrual, actual)

- Promotion pre/post evaluation

- POP/Premium stock control

- Provides sound inputs into the demand planning process

Job Requirements

- Bachelor degree in Marketing or relevant educational degree
- Good understanding of Nestle system, policies
- Good product knowledge
- More than 5-year experience in Marketing function
- Highly developed conceptual thinking
- Highly developed planning, communication and presentation skill (in written)
- Strong passion and drive to get results
- Must be able to build personal relationships based on trust, mutual respect and open communication
