Key Accountabilities

The Brand Manager will be a role model and effectively lead a team of different level of retail staff to ensure company goals and objectives are met.

Detail Duties and Responsibilities

  1.  Creating a brand plan and brand strategy and ensuring all aspects of the product or companies marketing and activities align with the ethos and goals of the brand.
  2. Research consumer markets, monitoring market trends and identifying potential areas in which to invest, based upon consumer needs and spending habits.
  3. Look at the pricing of products and analyzing the potential profitability.
  4. Presenting the brand strategy to directors and sales and marketing teams at internal meetings and conferences.
  5. Emphasize to increase sales force and well plan for vital merchandise.
  6. Communicate with the Principles on merchandise related matters, documentation and shipments.
  7. Merchandise Assortment Planning, Allocations and Replenishment of stock, Inventory Stock Optimization, Promotions.
  8. Monitor Stock movement, consider markdowns, inter-branch transfers, promotions or clear outs etc.
  9. Co-ordinate with the store and warehouse regarding the new arrival, the display material & the stock release and return.
  10. Assist in the forecasting of orders quantities based on sales and stock information.
  11. Analyze every aspect of bestsellers (for example, the bestselling price points, colours or styles and ensuring that they reach their full potential.)
  12. Assist in pricing strategy, ensuring the logic, commercially within the brand targets for margin.
  13. Prepared and analyze reports to determine sales/margin/profit information with recommendation where appropriate.
  14. Analyze the previous season’s sales and reporting on the current season’s lines. Present monthly revisions of merchandise plans.
  15. Control stock levels based on forecasts for the season.
  16. Monitor the reactions of customers and retail outlets to new products and brand initiatives.
  17. Certain fashion marketing management jobs involve public relations.
  18. Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties.

Job Requirements

  1. Any Graduate and procurement and Marketing.
  2. 5 years of luxury tailored clothing, Retail Sales and sales merchandising experience
  3. Experience in High End Brand
  4. Problem Solving skills  Negotiating skills
  5. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Independent confident and self-motivated.
  6. Expert I MS Excel and computer proficiency (MS Word and MS PowerPoint).
  7. Communication & Ledership skills.
