Brand Marketing Director Job Duties

A brand marketing director typically has a wide range of responsibilities, which can include:

  • Developing marketing campaigns that align with the company’s long-term objectives and brand image
  • Overseeing the implementation of marketing plans to ensure they are carried out according to schedule
  • Creating a brand identity that differentiates the company from its competitors while maintaining consistency across all platforms
  • Managing the brand’s public image by communicating with the media, conducting market research, and performing brand analysis
  • Assessing potential new markets for the brand, developing strategies to enter them, and managing the entry process
  • Establishing relationships with retailers and distributors to ensure adequate product supply and placement, and promote brand awareness
