• Maintain in-depth knowledge about the company's products and ensure the development of a consistent brand image for these products.
• Increase customer awareness through strategic initiatives in stores, public venues, online and offline events, trade shows, sampling programs, campaigns, and other activities.
• Monitor merchandising conditions, identify new areas for product placement, and plan merchandising ideas and timelines.
• Effectively manage and supervise the performance and sales achievements of the assigned Promotion Girls
• Foster strong relationships with intermediaries such as pharmacy, wholesalers and retailers, asconsumer store, modern trade well as end-customers, through effective communication.
• Focus on acquiring new customers while also nurturing relationships with existing ones to ensure customer retention.
• Drive sales from both intermediaries and end-customers, working towards achieving sales targets.
• Gather insights about competitors and market trends, providing genuine feedback to enhance our products and strategies.
• Responsible for managing and allocating resources, including expenses payable, sample usage, point-of-sale materials (POSM), and departmental fixed assets.
• Collaborate with medical professionals, including specialists, to obtain necessary prescriptions for specific products when required.
• Efficiently handle daily routines and tasks to ensure smooth operations.
