• Possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Business or related field.
• Understanding the Business Objective.

• Must understand application, platforms, technical correlation
• Demonstrated skills and proficiency in using Microsoft Visio and other process flowchart tools/softwares to develop process flowcharts.

• Experience writing SOPs, processes, procedures, user manuals and/or work instructions
