Responsibilities:

  • Monitor trial status and review trial plan.
  • Assistance to Section Head of Brewing Technology in process fine-tuning and optimization.
  • Monitor the breakdown concerned with brewing for ensuring an accurate quality result.
  • Monitor Lab Bio results for Bio issued and improvement.

Job Requirements

Primary Requirements:

  • B.Sc or M.Sc (Chemistry / Industrial Chemistry) or Food technology.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in the food manufacturing industry.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
  • Teamwork and good communication skills.
  • Honest, initiative, hardworking, and good analytical skills.
  • Able to work on Public holidays, weekends, and extended working hours as required.
