Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Supervise maintenance team and repair of facilities and equipment
  • Routinely inspect Myanmar Net stores and office building facilities
  • Deal with emergencies as they arise
  • Help with office relocations
  • Drafting maintenance reports
  • Obtain quotations from vendors and suppliers
  • Calculate and compare costs for goods and services to maximize cost-effectiveness
  • Manage and review service contracts to ensure facility management needs are being met
  • Respond to facility and equipment alarms and system failures

Job Requirements

  • Any graduate (Engineering field preferred)
  • Must be able to multitasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Offices (Word, Excel)
  • Must have minimum 3 year of management experience in building maintenance field
  • Must have M&E knowledge
