Overview

Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for inspecting and maintaining the building and supervising the installation, repairs and maintenance of the building.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance
  • Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work
  • Recruit, supervise and train maintenance technicians
  • Hire and supervise during installation, repairs or maintenance (electricians, plumbers etc.)
  • Inspect and maintain building systems
  • Contribute to the development of maintenance budget and ensure compliance
  • Monitor inventory of materials and equipment
  • Participate in coordination of projects (e.g. renovations)
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations.
  • Other assigned by HOD

Job Requirements

Skill, Knowledge and Experience

  • Any graduate
  • At least 2 years experiences in building maintenance field
  • Proficient in Microsoft office and AutoCAD
  • Good command of English or Chinese is essential.
  • Travel: visiting sites of CCAM within Myanmar.
