- Receive the requests of change, evaluate the requests to building/ upgrading BCCS, mBCCS system to meet the needs of fixed broadband services business.- Proactively propose the change requests to adjust/ upgrade the BCCS, mBCCS system to eliminate risks and improve efficiency.- In charge of conducting acceptance tests for the adjusted/ upgraded functions.
- Document the processes, guidelines on adjusted/ upgraded fixed broadband services-related functions which will be put into practice
- Train & instruct the staffs how to use the system functions; hand over the fixed broadband services-related processes/ guidelines on BCCS
- Support & answer the staffs' questions about processes, how to use system functions.- Propose solution to solve the problem occurred during deployment of fixed broadband services-related functions on BCCS, mBCCS.

Job Requirements
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science or related subject• Proven working experience in business analyst (IT) at least 2 years• Excellent Analytical skills• Structured Query Language SQL /MS assess is necessary• Experience of documenting requirements in a structured template• Excellent communication skills• Strong command of English (Verbal and Writing).
