Job Description

Work closely with project sponsors and key stakeholders to identify current business pain-points/ challenges and determine project vision and scope.
Identify project stakeholders and conduct interviews to collect requirements using relevant interview methods.
Support project sponsors with high-level project impact/returns analysis.
Maintain good knowledge of business operations and document proper business and project requirements using BRS/BRD, process flow chart diagram, RFP, etc.
Keep up with existing IT capabilities and future roadmap to provide initial feasibility check.
Challenge business to think outside the normal processes and test if improved process efficiency can be achieved.
Work together with different level of staff from capturing requirements to supporting UAT, trainings and go-live.
Provide relevant digital trainings to staff to help improve digital literacy of whole group.
Support PMO team with requirements and demand management/generation.
Regular in touch with digital champions and build strong working relationships.
Work as project manager when required.

Job Requirements

Bachelor degree in either Business or IT related
3+ years of solid BA experience and 5+ years of overall experience
Experience in more than one business domain: especially bank, wallet/pay, retail or manufacturing
Excellent listening and communication skills
Excellent stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with both waterfall and agile requirement management
Able to visit different offices (within Yangon region) and station from time-to-time
Must be a documentation and visualization master.
Project management skills is a plus
Able to work independently
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
