ROLE PURPOSE

The business analyst will capture the business requirements by working together with stakeholders and play an important role in the scrum cadence and ceremonies. He/she will do this in close collaboration with other members of the Digital Channels and with the support of practice area specialists in the Products, Services, and Channels Division and will also work very closely with our Business, Technology, MarCom and Operations counterparts.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• The Business Analyst in the Digital Channels department performs a crucial role in the development of digital assets and products for the bank.
• In the role of Business Analyst, you work together with a team of Product Managers and Product Owners to deliver customer values through digital applications.
• In your role as Business Analyst you translate customer needs into process flows, functional requirements and specifications which will be used by the SCRUM team for development.
• The Business Analyst analyzes existing processes and suggest improvements that enhance the customer experience.

Experience

• Knowledge and experience in banking or other financial services organizations and deep understanding of payment landscape
• Ability to translate customer needs into products or designs and identify opportunities for additional value-added services
• Basic experience in execution of specialized product creation roles
• Basic understanding of banking and other financial services
• Ability to identify customer needs and translate them into product features or the ability to translate product features into business- and functional requirements or design specifications
• Experience in the product development and management of mobile banking and mobile wallets
• Experience in execution of product creation functions and roles

Education & Special Training

• Bachelor in Computer Science or Engineering or Management
• Professional certificate in scrum, agile, product management

• Microsoft Office
• Jira/Confluence
• Scrum and agile methodologies

Languages
