Reporting to the Business Intelligence Manager, Business Analysts conduct market analyses, analyzing both product lines and the overall profitability of the business. In addition, they develop and monitor data quality metrics and ensure business data and reporting needs are met. Strong technology, analytical and communication skills are must-have traits.

1. Responsible for the delivery of advanced analytics, reporting and BI applications to support decision making processes for all key stakeholders within business unit
2. Contribute to the overall data warehouse strategy within organization on data points sitting within your supporting business unit to simplify the access to data and improve the overall data foundation for reporting
3. Perform day-to day operation of data refreshing and updating to BI platform
4. Deliver business ad-hoc requirements to business units with accurate data points
5. Develop and involve on-going DWH structure and developing data marts
6. Supporting the strategic planning process by conducting collection and analysis of information including market data (local and global), competitive intelligence, & competitors’ activities
7. Analyze and evaluate current system process, interfaces and workflow and recommend changes and enhancement to improve business operation

1. Strong education background with degrees in Business Administration, Computer Science/Engineering
2. Minimum 1-2 years job experience in e-commerce or fintech industry
3. Minimum 1-2 years of development experience with BI tools (Power BI,Google Data Studio, Tableau)
4. Requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills
5. Strong communication and presentation skills in both Burmese and English
6. SQL and other programming languages are preferred
7. An ability to work to deadlines and learn quickly (due to the steep learning curve involved) are essential
8. A self-motivated, driven, flexible, quick learning, high achieving, “can do” mentality
9. An ability to work well independently and as part of a team
10. Learner mindset is a must!
