Overall Purpose:
The Japanese Bilingual Analyst will be responsible in performing transactional data processing tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Act as knowledge recipient and subject matter expert for identified transactional tasks.

Japanese Speaking Senior Analyst
Overall Purpose:
The Japanese Bilingual Senior Analyst will be responsible in supervising the delivery of all assigned transactional activities and assisting the leaders in meeting the target.
Job Description:
- Supervising the activities performed by the processing team within Manila Delivery Centers
- Providing assistance to and coaching team members regularly
- Monitoring and mentoring team members, and creating performance improvement plans to help meet the production targets and quality
- Developing initiatives for continuous process improvement
- Ensuring compliance to all client-published policies and procedures as well as legal and regulatory requirements that the company is obliged to adhere to
- Monitoring production issues and escalating challenges and issues as needed
- Ensuring adherence to SLAs, metrics and targets
Japanese Speaking Specialist (Supervisor)
Overall Purpose:
The Japanese Bilingual Supervisor will be responsible in managing all work assignments, committing the team to the work, managing the quality of work and driving the people management activities within the team.
Job Description:
- Responsible for the activities assigned by the management
- Understand and perform process lead role
- Assist processors with questions and problems related day to day transaction processing
- Assist in supervising the activities performed by the regular processing team within Manila Delivery Center
- Ability to provide assistance to the staff
- Actively seeks opportunities for Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Complies with all client published policies and procedures and any legal and regulatory requirements that the company is obliged to adhere to.
- Escalates production issues to leaders as appropriate.
- Ensures all work is performed in accordance with SLAs and metrics.
- Assists in the creation of Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) for Team Members not meeting expected production or quality targets, monitors program for a defined period
Japanese Speaking Assistant Manager
Overall Purpose:
The person will be responsible for all work assignments, committing teams to work, managing the team 's financials and mix to targets, and driving the overall people management within the team. May manage service delivery team leads.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of team leads/supervisors in the operations tower of the deal
- Reports to the service delivery lead and responsible for daily operational performance management and ensure both contractual and operational KPIs are met (responsibility of delivering the service within agreed deadlines and at the required quality)
- Act as point-of-contact of the company and the client in the performance of operational sub-processes
- Act as an escalation point for all operational related issues raised by the client. Ensure the fast resolution of these issues and find ways as well to prevent them from happening again
- Communicate regularly with the client to ensure that the proper department complies with the latest changes in the procedures
- Lead client meetings to discuss team performance and address issues as required
- Actively seeks opportunities for Continuous Improvement initiatives to improve collection-related processes, services and deliverables to the client
- Prepares forecasts / budget for the Team and conduct manual invoicing
- Identify operational accounts-related requests and process if approved
- Identify process issues and escalate to responsible owner
- Confirm disputes and contact customers if dispute is valid
- Identify operational issues/revenue recognition problems
- Collect and gather data for process and operational Reports
- Prepare regular / daily reports
Japanese Speaking Manger (with Financial Background)
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily operational performance management and ensure both contractual and operational KPIs are met (responsibility of delivering the service within agreed deadlines and at the required quality)
- Act as point-of-contact of the company and the client in the following areas, but not limited to, billing, credit management, cash applications, order management, and collections;
- Act as an escalation point for all Order-to-Cash related issues raised by the client. Ensure the fast resolution of these issues and find ways as well to prevent them from happening again
- Communication with the client to ensure that the AR department complies with the latest changes in the procedures
- Develops good client relationships and good relations with the colleagues
- Lead client meetings to discuss debtor performance and address issues as required
- Actively seeks opportunities for Continuous Improvement initiatives to improve collection-related processes, services and deliverables to the client
- Prepares forecasts / budget for the Team and conduct manual invoicing
- Review account status for credit release
