  • Handling and Managing reports.

  • Analyzing data in reports and filter its importance and priority.

  • Conducting internal audits in routine and ad-hoc basis for service & process enhancement and improvement.

  • Ensuring all processes and progresses are in align with agreed and published SOP.

  • Recording all changes made in SOP or when implementing new process.

  • Conducting market research and observing market-trends as well as consumer needs.

  • Monitoring, preparing and updating competitor reports to enhance and improve ninja’s services and business.

Job Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in business or related Diploma
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis or related field.
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Experience in creating detailed reports and giving presentations.

  • A good understanding of the business analysis concepts and techniques.
