Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Work closely with Product Owners and different departments within the company.
  • Analyze the Product and process flows to improve the customer experience and test the customer journey.
  • Work on gathering the product requirements and creating the relevant documents for product development.
  • Able to study products on the market and monitor the company product performance in order to create a better product.
  • Analyze the product data, market data, and prepare business requirement documentation.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders from business and functional department to understand the requirements for a product / process / system.
  • Conduct Testing, and cooperate with business team for User Acceptance testing to make sure the features meet business goals.
  • Analyze business issues and performs business impact analysis and recommends the best approach to solve problems.
  • Create and update the User manual of the Product and Platforms regularly.
  • Support the End-user training, and Go-live activities to the related teams for new features launch.
  • Post implementation support to ensure the stable running of the new Features or new Platform.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
  • Minimum working experience in Financial institution
  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Good understanding of the process of Digital Wallets and process flows
  • Practical experience generating process documentation and reports
  • Proficient requirement writing and user-testing capabilities
  • Good communication skill and presentation skill (verbal and written)
  • Independent and able to work with minimal supervision
