ROLE PURPOSE

Our division is actively seeking for a Business Analyst. You are an ideal candidate if you are an agile technologist that enjoys working with a diverse set of individuals to deliver valuable outcomes to our business customers. As a Business Analyst, you will be part of a highly cross-functional scrum team. You will be working together with Product Owners, Software Engineers, UI/UX Designers, Software Quality Assurance Engineers, and is responsible for gathering and documenting user requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Gather and document user requirements in details and act as a bridge between business and technical teams. Write Business Requirements, User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.

Design Process Flows. Involve in user acceptance testing and get necessary sign off/confirmation from business users. Perform in-depth analysis on products, customer segments, market, etc. Mining, gathering, and processing of data as well as translating it into compelling graphics and clear narrative, together with the team.

Key Accountabilities

• Gather and document the user requirements in detail.
• Write User Stores, detailed Acceptance Criteria, and Design Process Flows
• Act as a Point of Contact (POC) between business and technology teams.
• Involve in user acceptance testing and get necessary sign off/confirmation from business users.
• Address the business questions raised by various business units by doing a thorough analysis and problem solving.
• Collect feedbacks from relevant stakeholders and perform analysis to ensure business requirements and customers’ needs are aligned.
• Help implement agile way of working within the Bank.
• Work closely with IT, Sales, Marcom, GTM, UI/UX, Customer Experience and Operations.
• Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to deliver results while meeting deadlines.

• Completion of tertiary qualifications in a business or IT field such as Bachelor of Business, IT Management, Computer Science, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Economics and/or industry specific qualifications or equivalent experience in the Business analysis role
• Experience in the financial& IT industry is a plus.
• Experience with Agile Methodology is a plus.
• Experience with Scrum Framework is a plus.
• Agile Software Development background is a plus.
• Experience in the Financial and Banking Industry.
• At least two years of experience in Business Analysis and analytics areas.
• Fluency in English and Myanmar.
