Support Client Manager in managing day-to-day reports dashboardsConduct business-specific research to identify sub-optimal business performanceAnalyze and identify opportunities for business performance improvementsPrioritize and execute projects for ongoing business improvementsCompile charts, graphs, slides and present the findings in concise reports under the supervision of the Project ManagerMaintain business process documentation that will be used as reference for preparing test cases, training documents, etc.

Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance or related discipline
Must have 2-3 years working experiences in related field
Proven ability to collect, analyze and interpret both qualitative and quantitative dataDemonstrate analytical, root-cause analysis, problem solving and decision-making skillsProven ability to utilize management and planning toolsDemonstrate appreciation and respect for cultural sensitivities especially in cross-country/-cultural interactionsProven competency to handle confidential/sensitive information in an appropriate and secure mannerDemonstrate fluency in both written and spoken EnglishDemonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
