Hayman Capital is an investment company based in Singapore. Hayman Capital is recruiting for an experienced, motivated and hands-on the following position to join Hayman Capital’s start-up Micro Finance Institution (MFI) in Myanmar.
Reports to : Chief Operating Officer, Head of Operation Department
Location : Head Office(Yangon)

Main Responsibilities

1. Manage for Hayman Capital employees engaged in delivery of credit products and services.

2. To assist the Implementing and continuously updating processes and methodologies for core credit products to ensure they remain client attractive and market focused.

3. Maintain a branch organizational structure sufficient to meet all goals and objectives

4. Properly motivate the credit and collections staff

5. To develop and enhance credit assessment report.

6. To review, evaluate, approve or recommend Individual / SME loan application.

7. Ensure overall loan quality and low PAR, according to annual budget.

8. Provide training about Individual / SME loan assessment to all credit personnel.

9. Assist to Credit Unit Managers for all the operations are smooth and within Hayman Capital’s policies and procedures.

10. Provide for ongoing training of Credit Team Leaders and Loan Officers for developing their knowledge, policies and procedures of Hayman Capital and understanding about rules and regulations.

11. Personally visit the largest customers to establish relations and customer credit applications.

Job Requirements

  • 2 years of credit experience in Bachelor's degree (Any).
  • Be willing to periodically travel to customer sites.
  • Good team management skills.
  • The ability to work in a team and individually
  • Sound decision-making
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Good business judgment
  • Sound Computer Skills using a computer
  • Good English Skills.
