Position Purpose

The Business Architecture Manager will lead and be part of the team that is responsible for driving corporate strategies to execution through business architecture design and support related to digital transformation of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business goals and strategic projects into business architecture models, including target operating models, value chain models and execution roadmaps based on a deep understanding of our customers, products and internal processes
• Assess the organizational capacity to meet its current and future targets and objectives using value stream tools and capability mapping
• Identify organizational maturity model gaps through benchmarking and market study, and advocate the adoption of “best practices”
• Drive and facilitate the right discussions with business leaders to identify business capabilities in relation to current and future business objectives
• Assist in developing digital growth roadmaps with business capability pain point discovery and analysis
• Participate in the strategic planning cycle with inputs related to capability building and process improvement initiatives 
• Measure the effectiveness and outcome of an implemented strategy to determine the possibility for new strategies/implementation scheme

Experience, Functional Skills and Knowledge Areas

Experience:

• At least 5 years of business analysis/ planning/ management experience as well as solid knowledge of business information technology
• Prior experience in financial or digital service business will be an added advantage

Education and qualifications:

• A minimum of bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or equivalent from a reputable institution 
• Highly proficient in use of Microsoft Office Suite
• Entrepreneurial mindset & intellectual curiosity with a “get-it-done” attitude
• Ability to perform under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to work on cross-functional teams and provide project management support
• Demonstrated problem solving skills and ability to logically structure complex issues

Language Requirements:    

• Fluent in both English & Myanmar.
