  • Communicate with brand principals and Company to chase the orders, follow up on pending issues
  • Monitoring email enquiries and identifying opportunities to maximize contact with new and existing members, arranging meetings with them if required
  • Assisting and answering all queries through emails and calls.
  • Maintain a progressive knowledge of Banking products and assist the team with products related queries
  • Prepare marketing collateral such as presentations, assist the team with brochures and posters
  • Coordinate appointment schedules and calendar, plan and schedule meetings,
  • Take Meeting minutes and create report when required.
  • Assist with miscellaneous ad-hoc projects such as RFP.

Job Requirements

· Any Graduated
· Should be expert in communication in English
· Strong communication, presentation and problem solving skills
· Strong time management and able to work multi task and under pressure
· Good personality and ethic
· Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point etc)
· Shall have worked with reputed company
· Shall have experience managing correspondence, communication with foreign clients
· Shall work independently under challenging environment.
