  • Plan and manage our social media platform
  • Design & create all contents, promotional campaigns and other offline marketing program
  • Develop and monitor campaign budgets
  • Prepare reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance for management review
  • Design & implement the ISO 9001 work plan and monitor the audit reports
  • Follow up the action plan for achieving the desired effect
  • Co-ordinate and monitor periodic management review of the system
  • Station assessment for new & own petrol station
  • Record customer information and follow up existing customer
  • Appointment and marketing on corporate companies
  • Handle customer complaints and negotiate with phone and mail
  • Compile & prepare marketing survey reports and competitor analysis
  • Prepare contracts and record for credit customers
  • Conduct as trainer for customer service training
  • Sending Invoice with mail to follow up the payments

Job Requirements

  • Must be graduated and have Marketing Diploma (or) MBA
  • Must have good knowledge of digital marketing
  • Must have knowledge of ISO management system and survey
  • Must have at least 3 years experiences in Marketing field
  • Must have experiences in organizing and customer relationship skill
  • Age between 30 to 40 years
