Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

1.    To improve the business strategy and business plan set by the Corporate Office.
2.    Business strategies adopted by Top Management, Business Consultant (or) BD Manager to increase and expand Existing Business in Corporate and Business Units.
3.    Discussing with relevant departments in order to improve the activities carried out by the company's Business Unit; Provide necessary advice and cooperation.
4.    Must be able to draft Business Frame, Business Plan (Organization Plan, Operation Plan, Financial Plan) related to the business.
5.    Understanding and negotiation the contracts with International Business Partners and Governmental Departments regarding the Electrical Power Industry Projects. Must be able to set up the framework for the business contracts.

6.    Business Contracts such as MOU, MOA based on discussions with Business Partners by the Manager or Business Consultant. Consortium agreement, etc., must be responsible for drafting contracts in both English/ Myanmar. Set up the business processes and have a good knowledge of different business unit functions.
7.    Dealing with Local and Oversea Suppliers, Contractors, Government Offices, Partner organizations and All SBU.
8.    Able to travel if business necessary and able to under pressure.

Job Requirements

1)    Degree in Business Management or Masters in Business Administration.
2)    Minimum of 7 years’ experiences which is including 3 years in related position
3)    Good knowledge of different business functions.
4)    Strong leadership qualities and highly organized.
5)    Excellent communication skills in English and Myanmar Language
6)    Proficient ethical leadership abilities.
7)    Must have excellent ethical leadership abilities, Good interpersonal skills and Proactive nature.
