Position: Business Development Director (Enterprise Solutions)

 

Overall Description

 

         JobNet is on a mission to help any company in Myanmar simplify their recruitment process with powerful technology and therefore contribute to the overall growth and professionalization of business in the country.  As a senior member of our commercial department, you will be responsible for identifying new prospects, converting them into clients, and collaborating with the management team on an identified set of large, strategic sales prospects. You will accomplish this through your ability to sell the full scope of JobNet Recruitment Technology products, offline recruitment events and the Myanmar Employer Awards in a consultative manner, negotiate an effective contract, and tailor solutions that address client needs. You must be self-driven, analytical and have fantastic interpersonal skills and perform at the highest level to be successful in this role.  If this sounds like you, a very competitive package + commission bonus structure is waiting for the successful candidate.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Ownership of pipeline management and segmentation and Individual responsibility to forecast short term sales and hit targets on a monthly basis
  • Utilizing the JobNet CRM to effectively track and record client activity and pipeline forecast management
  • Building meaningful relationships with top business in Myanmar at the highest level, including CEOs, MDs, and Head of Departments, as well as all other stakeholders involved in the buying decision making process
  • Responsible for delivering compelling sales presentations to prospects in a way that makes companies want to work with JobNet and positions the business as the leading online recruitment portal and recruitment technology partner
  • Regularly research the competitive landscape of the market to provide accurate status of the positioning of JobNet and be involved in key strategy development and implementation
  • Ensure a comprehensive understanding of the industry and the ability to communicate with industry experts on topics relevant to their business
  • You'll be working closely with the Customer Success team to ensure effective on-boarding of new clients as well as regular monitoring of customer usage of the system 
  • Engage in regular Account Management best practices to ensure relationships are maintained, issues prevented and contracts renewed
  • You will be proactively researching the market for business networking events, as well as attending these events to build relationships with key individuals in the industry

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Corporate Sales (B2B) 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field or relevant experience in lieu of education
  • Great interpersonal skills and positive attitude
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Proven experience in sales and consistently hitting targets
  • Sound negotiation skills and conflict resolution
