*Assist Manager to Develop new business, the new developments with landlords
* Maintaining relationship with existing clients ( landowners, brokers, agents)
*Responsible for end-to-end business development activities (e.g: looking for lands, and face-to-face client meeting with landowners/brokers/Agents)
*Handle the landlord complaints and issues
*Data entry in software for every new contract
*Document Controller for all land contracts with landlords
* Research and analyse other company’s contract and deal
*Handle of hard copy and soft copy for all payments (landlords and brokers)
* Other related duties as assigned
