Duties & Responsibility

• Researching and evaluating new projects opportunities, demand for potential products, and customer needs and insights from all Government Ministries.
• Deals with all Government Ministries and Participates in their tender bidding.
• Deals with International Onshore & Offshore operators for projects and tenders. Making yearly vendor register updated on customer’s vendor registration.
• Manage the Marketing Department Budget. Delivery of all marketing activity within agree budget.
• Deals with International partners and suppliers as per requirements of projects.
• Specifying market requirements or current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.
• Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments.
• Prepare proposal and required documents for tender bidding as required.
• Understanding shipping terms and oversea payment terms in general.
• Arranging oversea shipments and delivering to destinations.
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
• To make the decision, Manage and review about the related Process
• Report to Marketing Manager concerning all the necessary information regarding with the projects and customer relations.
• Arrange the meeting and presentation for oversea suppliers at operators and government ministries.

• Must be Bachelor of Engineering (EP) or (EC) , prefers EP. 
• Must have 2 years experiences in related field.
• Proficient in word, excel, email & internet.
• Proficient in English both written & verbal,
• Familiar to use website & internet to get necessary updated information.
• Good in personal skill, communication skill, negotiation skill.
• Must have good attitude and manner , self motivation.
