Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities
• Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organizations.
• Develop good knowledge regarding priority sectors, like market routes and trends
• Conduct research for any new investment project of the organization and coordinating for developing BD strategies
• Make Technical and Commercial research and identify potential customers, customer needs and decision-making structure and contacting them via email or phone to
establish report and set up meetings
• Participate in Tenders submission working together with Engineering Teams and Project Management Team
• Closely work together with BD team to follow up reputable MNCs, FDI companies and local governments in seeking Tender opportunities
• Develop and maintain Client Information Database and project tracking database and write reports on the findings to management
• Attend meeting, events or conferences
• Handling budgets and evaluating marketing campaigns

Job Requirements

• Degree Holder and related certificate
• Good English written and verbal communication skill is a must.
• Previous experience in cooperating with Project/BD Managers for the delivery of projects.
• Experience in external relation/management/supervision in construction industry.
• Business Development and Tendering Experience with International Organization, Multi-National Corporations and government/private institutions is preferred
• Good understanding about organization structure, standard operating procedure and work procedures is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, creative skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Excellent presentation and communication skill
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Good IT skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Power point, Excel, etc., to produce correspondence and maintain data.
