Business Development Executive is involved in product development, marketing and sale management of MMCB’s product and services. He/she is responsible for MMCB’s business development to assist in ensuring consistent and rapid growth in sales across all channels.

RESPONSIBILITIES/ DUTIES

Sale Management
•    Maintain client relationship
•    Introduce bureau products and solutions to members to help them manage and improve their business
•    Responsible for channel distribution growth and support to the Bureau members
•    Responsible in recruiting new members to the Bureau 
•    Responsible in meeting MMCB’s revenue budget
•    Monitoring customer satisfaction with existing clients to ensure service delivery
•    Obtaining all necessary contract and membership information required from members 
•    Work closely with other related departments to ensure service delivery and handling all members’ feedback on service quality of MMCB
•    Ensure good communication with other people both internally and externally

Product Development
•    Generating product and service idea from inception to commercialization
•    Forming strategic partnerships with other organisations to leverage their existing networks or data

•    Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or relevant disciplines
•    Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in sales or marketing or business development
•    Possess good interpersonal, organizational, coordination and communication skills
•    Strong business acumen and commercially minded
•    Strong oral and written communication skills in English and the ability to interact effectively and collaboratively both internally and externally
•    Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite
