Job Description

  • Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
  • Creating the user flow relating to the digital campaigns.
  • Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
  • Conducting market research on the digital industry and recommend the different strategies with the reporting manager.
  • Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing partners to ensure that they are retained.
  • Crafting proposals related to the digital campaigns and contracts.
  • Negotiating with existing and future partners to secure the most attractive relationship.
  • Reviewing partners’ feedback and implementing necessary changes.
  • Remaining in tune with trends in the insurance industry to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
  • Developing detailed designs, plans, and monitoring progress as well as writing up reports.
  • Liaising with relevant teams, clients, and managers for the duration of the project.
  • Conducting research on market trends and how to use social media for advertising.
  • Establishing good relationships with clients and other professionals.
  • Using SEO best practices and Google Analytics.
  • Using content management systems and project management software.
  • Aligning digital marketing strategies with overall business goals.
  • Keeping abreast of all developments in digital marketing.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years working experience on digital industry and project management.
  • Experience on sales will be a plus.
  • BSc in digital marketing, computer science, or similar.
  • Practical experience with content management systems, business laws, Google Analytics, Microsoft 365 and project management software.
  • Sound understanding of SEO best practices.
  • Excellent management, interpersonal, and teambuilding skills.
  • Ability to identify risks and problems.
  • Positive attitude and deadline-driven.
  • Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.
  • Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
