Create awareness of the product of company and its hybrids through multiple demonstration, meetings, visits and campaigns
Generate demand and divert the traffic to respective customers
Demonstrate products in multi locations and identify suitable hybrids to be fast tracked
Communicate weekly work plans and progress, monthly sales plan
Ensure execution of promised marketing plans by national distributors and working with the local distributor’s team to participate in all key events of the same.
Monitor activities and ensure to achieve success in achievement of budgeted numbers and adherence to marketing plans
Lead the team of 10-15 to distribute the product to customers
