Job Description

  • Assist with developing and implementing franchisee-specific business plans and budgets.
  • Prepare franchise contracts and rent contracts.
  • Franchise agreement renewals, negotiation, and keeping franchise agreements up to date with current legislation.
  • Day-to-day support and troubleshooting for the franchise network.
  • Collecting feedback from franchisees and reporting back to the CEO to improve the offering.
  • Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with key business areas and provide external communications advice and support services.
  • Plan, manage, and deliver a range of high-quality corporate communications projects, campaigns, and activities to agreed timescales and budgets.
  • Defining project objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities.
  • Coordinate people and processes to deliver projects on time, within budget, and with the desired outcomes aligned to objectives.
  • Tracking projects and providing regular reports on project status to the project team and key stakeholders.
  • Assist the CEO with crisis and reputation management and business continuity
  • Complete other tasks assigned by the superior

Job Requirements

  • Any Graduate with Diploma in related field.
  • Excellent motivational and leadership skills to inspire performance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English /Myanmar languages.
  • Possess strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as a team.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Must be travel to other regions.
