Reports To:

Business Development Manager will report to Managing Director and General Manager.

Job Overview

Business Development Managers are concerned with improving and growing a business, by establishing and developing relationships with customers, suppliers, and other partners. research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services.

Responsibilities and Duties

1          Responsible for launching new products, development planning, and management. also in charge of identifying every sales lead and making the most out of every opportunity to increase revenue and profitability.

2          Responsible for organizing market research & sales promotion programs and coordinating company marketing functions. Also accountable for calculating the market share and market growth of the company’s products for the competitor price analysis.

3          Conduct extensive market research prior to starting up the business and gathering information.

4          Prepare a detailed business plan to achieve company goals and objectives.

5          Attend workshops, trade shows, and seminars to keep up-to-date on changes in the industry

6          Lead market research/ feasibility studies/ market scan to explore the

            potential product categories by investigating the market opportunity and

generating new product ideas

7          Develop New Products Plan to align with Company’s strategy & Plan   Explore consumer insights, and the job to be done, and then accomplish the New Product Development requirements

8          Prepare and present to senior management the required new product development feasibility project proposals

9          Develop effective standard operating procedures (SOPs) for handling product complaints, handling retention samples, and handling product recalls.

10        Negotiate pricing and contract clients with potential clients to facilitate deal closing.

11        Identify upselling opportunities in the market   and manage contract renegotiation with new clients

12        Propose, screen, and close potential business deals which are in line with   FairDeal Co., Ltd.'s long-term growth vision.

13        Evaluate market trends the competitive landscape and advise on FairDeal product gaps.

14        Research and build relationships with new clients.

15        Monitor and analyze data and market conditions to identify competitive advantage

16        Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM or other sales management system.

Job Requirements

Desired Skills and Expertise

    Male or Female age (35) and above. 
    Any Graduate (or) Diploma of Sales and Marketing  (or) MBA 
    Minimum experience (5) years and above –
    Good command of the English language, good communication, Computer skill, and interpersonal skills. 
    Good organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure and long hours
    previous working experience as a Business Development Manager for (5) years (s)
    Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
    Excellent organizational and time management skills
    Customer-oriented with strong negotiation skills
    Analytical and data-driven problem solver
