  • Generating leads
  • Interacting with Leads generating agency
  • Meeting planned sales goals
  • Setting individual sales targets with the sales team
  • Arranging business meetings and following up leads
  • Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations
  • Product demonstration, discussion, negotiation, and follow-ups to close deals
  • Understanding customer's specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet those needs
  • Develop your sales team through motivation, counselling, and product knowledge education
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary
  • Learning software and services, to develop relevant knowledge and skills

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree, or Diploma in Sales Management 
  2. 3+years of experience in HR or IT industry
  3. Excellent presentation and reporting skills
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Burmese
  5. Ability to lead a sales team
  6. Possess strong interpersonal and excellent public relation skills
  7. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  8. Strong business sense and industry expertise
  9. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  10. Strong problem-solving skills
  11. Ability to work and cope with challenges and under pressure to meet sales targets
  12. Able to travel if required by the business
