* Seek bigger picture and setting objectives to develop and improve the organization’s business* Develop new business, the new developments ( Building Housings)with landlords* Implement the business strategy set out to achieve sales objectives* Responsible for end-to-end business development activities (e.g: looking for lands, and face-to-face client meeting with landowners/brokers/Agents)* Maintaining relationship with existing clients (landowners, brokers, agents)* Handle the landlord complaints and issues* Research and analyse other company’s contract and deal* Seek ways of improving the way the business operates

* Any Diploma/ Bachelor Degree Holder in Law / Business Management /Economics* At least 3 years working experience in same filed * Good communication and be team player with engineering team* Understand Building houses and real estate industry* Strong in Strategic Thinking and Decision
