Job Description

  • Develop and execute a personal strategy to grow long term business, achieve assigned sales goals as well as revenue goals.
  • Communicate with client’s and consult their business goals, future needs and suggest ideal solutions.
  • Lead market analysis and relationship building for new clients’ partnership.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders both internally and externally regarding product strategy, market trend, technology and pricing according to business expansion.
  • Build and maintain relationships across the organization, clients and team.
  • Prepare the sales proposal and choose right clients to approach with right sales strategies.
  • Ensure to receive many job orders for the recruitment team.
  • Check all proposed CVs from recruitment team before you sent to clients.
  • Follow up regularly to clients and report the status in time.
  • Make sure to hit the sales targets and KPI monthly.
  • Produce good sales presentations and other related consultation.
  • Other assigned duties when necessary.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of Sales working experiences in Recruitment Agency.

- Any graduate (Prefer Business or Marketing or Management degree prefer).

- Good knowledge in sales strategies with proven sales records.

- Flexible to communicate with various customers/ clients as to understand client needs and anticipate future needs and help determine ideal solutions.

- Self- Manage your sales flow through Salesforce CRM.

- Comfortable managing through change and working in a fast-paced environment.

- 4 Skills in English (prefer intermediate level).

- Good Microsoft office package (Word, Excel and etc) and email usage.
