Job Description

Business Development

  • Prepare and provide monthly or quarterly training to the sales team & operation team (customer service, sales, objection handling, selling skills, etc.)
  • Monitor the company's operation process and do the necessary changes in order to get a better & improved process
  • Research business opportunities and seek possible income streams based on industry trends both domestic & international 
  • Develop Company image and brand by attending networking events, business meetings, and business matching...
  • Create Competitive & attractive travel products that can meet customer's needs & wants in order to get sales achievement 
  • Check & balance employer-employee relationship to achieve the organization's goals

Marketing

  • Create content ideas with attractive designs to get more engagement by using the social media platform
  • Prepare and design PR gifts, seasonal gifts, promotional materials, and pamphlets by using monthly & yearly marketing budget
  • Participate & manage  travel fairs & promote the company's travel products 
  • Prepare quarterly and yearly strategic marketing plans to get targeted business growth in cooperation with the operation team & sales team

Sales 

  • Prepare weekly & monthly corporate sales plans and report to Director 
  • Do weekly & monthly sales analyses by using the sales report data from the Sales Team and instruct necessary guidelines for the sales team & operation team
  • Solve customer complaints by using negotiation skills and understanding their pain points and giving possible solutions
  • Achieve Quarterly & Yearly Sales targets by leading the sales team & operation team 
  • Need to assist and help the team members whenever necessary

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor/ Master's Degree in Business, marketing, or a related field
  • Experience and education background to understand Travel & Tours industry.
  • Must have communication skills, Sales Planning, Client Relationship, and Marketing knowledge.
  • Must have a positive, passionate, and aggressive Sales and Play-to-win mindset.
  • Must have exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Must have a result-oriented and intrinsically motivated person.
  • Professional working attitude, teamwork, leadership, and well-organized.
  • At least a minimum of 5 years of experience in the managerial level.
  • Prefer age between 27 years to 34 years old.
  • More prefer it if can drive
