Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Participate weekly Monday meeting (general meeting with all department)
  • Ensure that the team has daily and weekly plan and follow the plan accordingly.  
  • Organize weekly meeting within Customer Service and marketing team (ensure their problem are address and solve the issue)
  • Coordinate with Operations Manager, trucking and warehouse team (ensure that the team do regular follow up with Operation and provide best services to Clients)
  • Develop new SOP as required to fulfil the clients requirement,
  • Present weekly report to Operations Director
  • Coordinate with Finance (along with Operations team) for cashflow forecast.
  • Check and approve the invoices.
  • Propose, implement and strictly adhere to Company procedures.
  • In charges of Customer service and marketing team.
  • Will be responsible of any pro and con of GC transport team
  • Need to be result proven (rather than excuses)
  • Ensure that the team understands the jobs and if required, provide training.
  • Follow up with the team and ensure the team provides best services to Clients.
  • Follow with Marketing team and assist in sales.
  • Hire, train, and motivate new operations staff to maintain high degree of productivity, retention and    to develop a professional team of international quality.
  • Propose training plan for the team and marketing team as appropriated
  • Create and update the vendor
  • Help in costs and contracts negotiations.
  • Ensure that GSP always have enough trucks to execute the orders.
  • Ensure that all emails from customers are check and response on time
  • Maintain and crate new relationship with existing customer (minimum 1 call per week) and new customer.
  • Ensure Customer understands GSP’s standard, promise and capacity
  • Attend meeting as requested.
