The Business Development Manager position is directly responsible for developing new business in assigned market segments in Myanmar. The BDM will primarily be measured by his/her achievement or over achievement of budgeted new business, cross-selling revenue, and retention of existing accounts. Gross profit targets as well as other related KPIs such as market share will also be set annually.The BDM will pay special focus on closing new business in the affiliates of the multi-national company while managing existing accounts assigned to him/her.

Good communication skill in Chinese or Japanese or Korean or Thai
Fluent in English
About 6 years’ sales experience with international exposure. (Preferably Hospitality Background)Proven sales track record of more than 3 years.
Computer literate (MS Word, Excel and CRM applications)Skilled negotiator with good influencing skills. Good oral and written presentation skills are a must.Relationship building skillsGood communication in Chinese or Japanese or Korean or ThaiGood strategic thinker with strong planning, research, and organization skills who has the experience to develop solutions by adopting a consultative sales approach.Customer focused culture by utilizing data to recommend enhancements and changes.
Self-Driven, Result Oriented, Good interpersonal & communication skills who can negotiate effective outcomesEnergetic and enthusiastic who takes proactive actions to accommodate working in a changing environmentA strong team player who is able to work cross functionally to enable us to deliver on proposed solutions for both external & internal customers.
