A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Research & Site Survey for New Outlet
  • Negotiation Rental Fees with landlords and other suppliers.            
  • Making Contract For (New Outlets Rental, Renewal, Hostel, Warehouse and office).
  • Outlets renewal list and Discussion with Owner for renewal price.             
  • Collaborating with various internal departments - including Leasing, Construction, Facilities, Legal as well as Government
    Authority
  • New outlet opening, including vendor/ contractor coordinating/ management

Job Requirements

  • Must speak, read and write English
  • Preferably a Bachelor or Master's degree in real estate, business, finance, or relevant Diploma
  • Minimum 2 years of varied corporate real estate and site selection, performing financial analysis acquisitions, asset management or real estate finance.
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of current market conditions and strong ability to analyze market data
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and successfully meet deadlines.
