In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring the new clients, deeply understand the client needs and proposed the most suitable services. You are primarily responsible for establishing yourself as a trusted adviser to the marketing team or Key account team at a senior level of client to develop and embed credibility in the team and working

MEASURES OF SUCCESS
In three months:

  • To become completely familiar with company services,

In six months:

  • To be the recognized trusted advisor, and able to translate the client’s needs into the right service offers  

In 12 months:

  • To expand the client based and to be the go-to person for all matters connected to FMCG market in the local market. To continually delight the client.

RESPONSIBILITY OF THE ROLE: 

  • Engage with Retailer’s supplier to understand their business, and propose the right service package
  • Establish and develop Business relationships with prospective clients
  • Actively engage and initiate sales and marketing campaigns

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • Good negotiation and selling skills required to sell company products and services.
  • Highly active into finding the right contacts of each company
  • In depth understanding on client needs, and Develop the proposal to answer client needs
  • Strong analytical skills and can use data to solve problems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

      CANDIDATE BACKGROUND

      • 28 years old and above with 3 to 5 years B2B Sales experience in Key Accounts in FMCG or Service Industry.
      • Success track records in B2B business development
